REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

U15 Boys - We are fielding 2 U15 Boys teams this season.  Our 2 teams are small so would love more boys to register (Born in 2011, 2010 & 2009)

U18 Girls - Our divisions have been determined and we have room for 6 more girls for our U18 Division (Born in 2008, 2007 & 2006)

 

 

Coaches Registration

We have a registration link just  for Coaches and Assistant Coaches.

If you would like to Coach your child's team please register yourself through our newly created Coaches Registration portal.  This information will help us plan our upcoming season.

2024 DIVISIONS AND REGISTRATION RATES

When you complete registration,  the player's birth year will automatically indicate what division they are in solely based on their birthday (for some of our divisions.)

Divisions are generally based on birth year. U6, U8, U10 and U12 are divisions that remain constant and exist each year.  Our older Youth divisions are determined by our league (VUSL) after looking at the registrations from the other valley clubs in our league.  The goal of our club, as well as the VUSL, is to be able to offer divisions that will permit all registered players to participate.

For this reason, we cannot be certain what the divisions will end up being for the season until closer to the beginning of the season. As this information is confirmed by our league, it will be updated on our website and our Facebook page.

SEASON DATES: U6 and U8

Meet the Coach/Uniform Hand Out:

  • This will take place on Monday May 6th from 6:00-7:30 at the MyFM Centre on the arena floor (original ice pad)

First Week of Soccer:

  • Soccer season will start on Monday May 13th for both U6 and U8

Last Week of Soccer:

  • Soccer season will run for 9 weeks wrapping up on Monday July 15th (no soccer on Mon. July 1st)

SEASON DATES: U10 & UP

Meet the Coach/ Uniform Hand Out:

  • This will be done during the first scheduled practice - dates TBD

First Week of Games:

  • Games will begin the week of May 27th

Last Week of Soccer:

  • VUSL Season for the U10 & U12 divisions will be 10 weeks long
  • The youth season depends on the number of teams.  The season will not go past mid August.  

Refund Policy

For players wishing to not continue:

Up to "Meet the Coach" May 6/2024 Full Refund less $15 admin fee
Up to end of second week of season 50% Refund less $15 admin fee
After second week No Refund

Full refunds will be given if there are not enough players to field a team or there is no coach.

*Refund does not include any processing fee incurred as part of registration.

Giving Kids a Sporting Chance

Financial assistance may be available through the Jumpstart program.  Families must apply themselves.  To apply and learn more, visit Jumpstart.

If you apply for Jumpstart, you must notify the Director of Registration, once your application is completed, by emailing soccerrenfrew@gmail.com  Please provide your Jumpstart confirmation code - this code starts with ONxxxxxx followed by several number. 

You will be provided with a discount code that will allow you to access registration without making payment.  If you register without obtaining this discount code you will be required to submit payment at time of registration.

ACCOUNT CREATION

If you have not registered before, you will need to create a user account. This account will be needed to keep you up to date with communications and registration. The account you create on the website is a family account. The 'member' should be a parent. The children will be added when a registration is submitted in their name. Multiple email addresses can be added to the account.

 

HOW TO CREATE A SPORTSENGINE ACCOUNT

NOTE: IF YOU ARE THE PARENT/GUARDIAN OF A PARTICIPATING ATHLETE, PLEASE CREATE THE ACCOUNT WITH YOUR INFORMATION (INCLUDING YOUR NAMEEMAIL ADDRESSDATE OF BIRTHETC). YOU WILL ADD YOUR ATHLETE TO YOUR SPORTSENGINE ACCOUNT AS A SUB PROFILE LATER DURING THE REGISTRATION AND/OR ROSTERING PROCESS. 

  1. In the upper right-hand corner of your screen, click Sign In.
  2. Enter your email address and click Next.
  3. Fill out all the requested information.
    • NOTE: Ensure the information entered belongs to the primary account holder (parent/guardian). 
  4. Once complete, click Sign Up
Verify Your SportsEngine Account
  1. Navigate to your email inbox.
  2. Open the "Activate Your SportsEngine Account" email.
    • NOTE: If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes, be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
  3. Click Activate My Account.
